When we left for Christy & John’s Wedding – it didnt look good weather wise, it was raining – well not just raining it was POURING! Which meant there was no way to do the outdoor pictures Christy wanted at Spring Grove. But I didnt stress because we had a few hours to worry about that, first we had the ceremony to focus on. Their ceremony was held at St. Martin of Tours, and when the afternoon ceremony was over, the clouds parted, & the rain stopped, just as if right on cue.   We started with pictures of the Wedding party at Christy’s Dad’s historic office building in Covington. It was such a neat space with exposed brick and great natural light (Thanks Dad!!)

Then since the rain had stopped we went to the Covington Riverwalk for some quick outdoor shots before heading to the reception at Newport Syndicate.

Christy & John’s Wedding day could not have been any better! They got the rain for good luck and the sun came out just in time for outdoor pictures – it was a WIN WIN! Plus they had a super fun wedding party!
